Loan Mortgage Consolidation [Prime mortgage loan]

Our mortgage loan consolidation home loan allows home owners to refinance and consolidate their high interest car loans, personal loans and credit card debt with their existing home loan.

  • Loans up to 90% loan to value ratio.

Non genuine savings mortgage loan [Prime and Standard loan]

The non genuine savings mortgage loan is for people without the sufficient savings record to qualify for a loan, but can acquire 10% deposit, net of costs, to put to the home.

Sources of non genuine savings can be:

  • Grants.
  • Gifts.
  • Borrowings from relatives and
  • Personal loans.
