Standard Loan

Acceptable applicants must:

  • Be permanent residents of Australia.
  • Have full income verification to show they can afford the repayment.
  • Have a savings history or equity in property.
  • Have good credit standing [minor defaults may be OK].
  • Have at least 5% saved or 10% equity in property after all costs.
  • Can be:
    • Wage or salary earner [at least six months in permanent employment]
    • Wage or salary earner [at least 12 months part time or casual employment]
    • Retirees with investment income.
    • Full time investor.

Loan Consolidation [Premium loan]

Acceptable applicants must:

  • Be permanent residents of Australia.
  • Have full income verification to show they can afford the repayment.
  • Have good credit standing [minor defaults may be OK].
  • Have a savings history or equity in property.
  • Have at least 10% saved or 10% equity in property after all costs.
  • Can be:

Non genuine savings loan [Prime and Standard loan]

The non genuine savings home loan is for people without the sufficient savings record to qualify for a loan, but can acquire 10% deposit, net of costs, to put to the home.

Sources of non genuine savings can be:

Acceptable applicants must:

  • Be permanent residents of Australia.
  • Have full income verification to show they can afford the repayment, plus any credit and borrowings.
  • Have good credit standing [minor defaults may be OK].
  • Have at least 10% deposit clear of all costs. The deposit need not be saved and can be from:
    • Grants.
    • Gifts.
    • Borrowings from relatives and
    • Personal loans.
  • The applicant can be:
    • Wage or salary earner [at least six months in permanent employment]
    • Wage or salary earner [at least 12 months part time or casual employment]
    • PAYG contractors
    • Self employed
    • Small business operator

Interest only loan

Acceptable applicants must:

  • Be permanent residents of Australia.
  • Have full income verification to show they can afford the repayment.

  • Can be:

Fixed Interest Loan

No Doc Loan

Acceptable applicants must:

  • Have at least 35% saved or 35% equity in property after all costs.

Nonconforming loan

Acceptable applicants must:

  • Have full income verification to show they can afford the repayment. [ or low LVR may be accepted]
  • Not be un-discharged bankrupts.
  • Have a savings history or equity in property.
  • Have at least 20% saved or 20% equity in property after all costs,
    • If credit impaired the deposit or equity may be higher.
  • Can be:
    • Wage or salary earner
    • Wage or salary earner

Bad Credit Loan

Acceptable applicants must:

  • Not be un-discharged bankrupts.

  • Have at least 10% saved or 10% equity in property after all costs, depending on credit impairment [may be lower LVR, requiring higher deposit].
  • Can be:
