The non genuine savings home loan is for people without the sufficient savings record to qualify for a loan, but can acquire 10% deposit, net of costs, to put to the home. Sources of non genuine savings can be: Securities accepted as per the standard loan. Acceptable applicants must: - Be permanent residents of Australia.
